Upon purchase, you will receive a welcome link at JVZoo, and an email that tells you how to get started.
When you click the link at the bottom of the get started email, it triggers the next email to be sent (which takes about 10-15 miins to arrive).
What we have seen is that sometimes the email lands either in the spam/junk folder or is deleted. Kindly try searching for 'Hammock Suite' in the search function of your email program and see if it appears.
