STEP 1:
First, you need to add your WordPress blog to your Assets, then you’ll see a pop-up asking if you want to download the Traffic Ivy Plugin.
If you’ve already added your blog to Traffic Ivy, but haven’t downloaded the plugin, you can click the ‘Add New’ WordPress blog button in the ‘My Assets’ page, and there’ll be a link you can download the plugin from there, without having to reconnect your blog.

STEP 2:
Click on the download button. The plugin will download as a .zip file. There’s no need to open the file once it’s finished downloading, just continue to the next step.
STEP 3:
Now, go to your WordPress blog and login to the admin area. In the sidebar, click on the ‘Plugins’ button. Then, click the button saying ‘Add New’, which can be located around the top of the ‘Plugins’ page.
STEP 4:
WordPress will now give you an option to upload a plugin in .zip format. Simply select the ‘Choose File’ button and locate where the Traffic Ivy plugin download file is, and upload that. Then, just click ‘Install Now’.
STEP 5:
WordPress has now installed the Traffic Ivy plugin to your blog. Now, press the button which says ‘Activate Plugin’.
STEP 6:
Now that the plugin’s activated, you should be able to see ‘Traffic Ivy’ in your WordPress sidebar. Click on that button and you’ll be directed to the plugin settings menu.
STEP 7:
Under the ‘Traffic Ivy Automation’ tab, you’ll get the option to allow the plugin to autopublish items from the Marketplace to your blog.
If you enable this feature, you can determine what category of posts from the Marketplace will be posted to your blog, how many posts a day, where in your blog those posts will go, and the minimum amount of points you’re willing to publish for.
This automation is great, as it’ll let you earn points through sharing other people’s posts without having to scroll through the Marketplace and go through the actual promotion process. So, it’s the easiest way for you to earn points.
STEP 8:
In the ‘My Active Traffic Ivy Marketplace Listings’ tab, you’re also able to automate the posting of your own articles to the Traffic Ivy Marketplace for others to promote.
By activating ‘Marketplace Auto-Publish, you can get your articles into the marketplace to be shared and sent traffic to automatically and periodically, so it’s super convenient.
STEP 9:
And that’s all you need to know to get the Traffic Ivy plugin installed and set up!
