If you've got a problem with the software, or accessing the software etc.  let us help you first! 

Our support team are here for you and ready to get things on track as best as we can.  Submit a support ticket and let's get things on track for you :) 

If however, you've tried things out and decided it's just not for you after all, please follow these steps.

Step 1: Check the date of purchase.  

Our refundable period is usually 30 days, unless specifically stated otherwise.  If it's past 30 days, we are unable to help you sorry. 

Step 2: Send us a ticket with the following information.

  • Name of the product
  • Paypal (or Stripe) Transaction ID (or Paypal email address)
  • JVZoo or PayKickstart Transaction ID (depending on where you purchased it)

We'll usually process the transaction within a few hours, but it can take up to 5 days for the payment platform to refund your cash, so we appreciate your patience - as this is entirely beyond our control. 

Please note: DO NOT FILE A PAYPAL DISPUTE.  Paypal Disputes should be reserved for cases where we have tried all methods and can't come to any type of agreement between us.  If you DO file a Paypal dispute, you forfeit any claims to a refund. We stand by our refund policy so there should be no reason to file a Paypal dispute. 

Any disputes filed will be dealt with and you will forfeit claims to a refund and unfortunately will be banned from purchasing any of our products in the future.
