Our support team is here for you and ready to get things on track as best as we can.  Submit a support ticket and let's get things on track for you :) 


If however, you've tried things out and decided it's just not for you after all, please follow these steps.


Step 1: Check the date of purchase.  


Our refundable period is usually 30 days, unless specifically stated otherwise.  If it's past 30 days, we are unable to help you sorry. 


Step 2: Send us a ticket with the following information.

  • Name of the product
  • Paypal (or Stripe) Transaction ID (or Paypal email address)
  • JVZoo or PayKickstart Transaction ID (depending on where you purchased it)


**Sending us complete information on your purchase allows us to process your request expediently. If you fail to send us your purchase details within the refundable period, we cannot be faulted if you miss the refundable period.**


We'll usually process your request within 24.28 hours, but it can take up to 5 days for the payment platform to refund your cash, so we appreciate your patience - as this is entirely beyond our control. 


Please note: DO NOT FILE A PAYPAL DISPUTE.  Paypal Disputes should be reserved for cases where we have tried all methods and can't come to any type of agreement between us. We stand by our refund policy so there should be no reason to file a Paypal dispute. 


Any disputes filed will be dealt with, and depending on the situation, may result in forfeiture of your claims to a refund and unfortunately you will be banned from purchasing any of our products in the future.
